At Muscle Memory Uk we do not offer refunds. We offer an Exchange valid for 14 days from the date you received our item/s.
Item/s must be returned to us in the same saleable condition you received them in.

Only if Item/s are unworn, unwashed complete with original tags. If the item/s are not as stated then your exchange might not be valid. Once we receive your item/s & are happy with the condition then your exchange will be granted. Please be advised we don't cover the costs for any returned items. Item/s should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number & insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages returned to us.

Please ensure that your return has its original order form / invoice, Name & reason for exchange, the item & size you wish to exchange your returned item 

Standard shipping charge of 4.99 will apply for exchanges we need to send back out within the UK
